Alan Wardle
Alan has extensive experience in Banking, Fraud and Credit Card Investigations, Risk Management in the Hospitality Industry and a private security span of more than 20 years. He was the Risk Manager for Accor properties at Darling Harbour and Executive Risk Manager at the Intercontinental Hotel Sydney.
Alan attained the Diploma of Security (Risk Management), holds a Security Industry Master Licence and Security Licenses 1ABC, 2AD for Security, Consulting and Training holds a Commercial Agents and Private Inquiry Agents licence No. 411058274 and holds a Master Licence, he is a member of Australia’s leading professional security industry bodies.
Alan has also provided close personal protection for local and international VIP’s and celebrities and has a strong working relationships with officers from ASIO, the N.S.W. and Australian Crime Commissions, Federal and State Police Forces.
At a senior level, JAG's recruitment criteria focuses on extensive security qualifications and management experience or personnel who have a proven record in commercial guarding, loss prevention, crowd control, concierge duties or hospitality.
Hands on experience is essential, as is communications, resource management, technical, training or investigational skills. The ability to manage complex and time critical issues are key ingredients to be considered as part of the management team - as is a strong customer service focus and understanding.

Stringent selection procedures are applied to all employee applications in order to evaluate aptitude, experience and professionalism.
On acceptance we advise all employees to advance their knowledge of the industry by completing specialised accreditation. Regular updates on licensing, state laws governing all licenced premises and security personnel.
All JAG staff are employed under a Collective Agreement approved by the Office of the Employment Advocate and licensed under the provisions of the NSW Security Industry Act.
Prior to commencement of any work, all JAG staff receive full induction and site-specific training. To ensure individual client’s requirements are met and that the law is observed regarding OH&S requirements. In addition to induction training, staff are provided with comprehensive training before being permitted to operate independently.
All security guards wear neat, clean JAG uniforms, or suit and tie with photo identification, issued uniforms can be customised if required. Personal appearance, grooming, and employee behaviour is closely monitored by JAG Management.
